Books I've Read
A collection of reads I recommend and what's currently on my shelf!
My Reading List
Reading is something I genuinely enjoy. I try to get through two or three books a year, mixing it up between fiction and non-fiction to keep things interesting. Here's what I've been reading and what I'd recommend.
Non-Fiction
The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck
Mark Manson's no-nonsense take on self-improvement. Don't let the title fool you — this is actually a really thoughtful book about choosing what truly matters to you and letting go of everything else. One of those books that sticks with you.
Fiction
Harry Potter Series
A classic. If you haven't read the series, you're missing out. J.K. Rowling built an entire world that pulls you in from page one and never really lets go.
Speak
I first read this one in high school for a class assignment — and finished it before the class even got halfway through. Laurie Halse Anderson wrote something raw and powerful here. It stayed with me long after the last page.
Percy Jackson and the Olympians
Rick Riordan takes Greek mythology and makes it feel fresh, funny, and genuinely exciting. Great series whether you're new to mythology or already a fan of it.
Fourth Wing
Rebecca Yarros absolutely delivered with this one. A fantasy world built around dragon riders, war, and some serious tension. Hard to put down once you start.
Iron Flame
The sequel to Fourth Wing and it does not disappoint. If anything, it raises the stakes even higher. Read Fourth Wing first though — you'll need to.

Onyx Storm
The third book in the Empyrean series. Still making my way through it but it's already shaping up to be the best one yet.
The Mountain Is You
Brianna Wiest breaks down the idea of self-sabotage in a way that's honest and surprisingly relatable. A good one if you're into personal growth without the fluff.
The New Jim Crow
Michelle Alexander's landmark book on mass incarceration and racial inequality in America. Dense and eye-opening — the kind of book that changes how you see things.
